These Cashew Butter Sprinkle Bites are filled with cashews, oats, dates, protein powder, honey, and SPRINKLES. Adorable, delicious, and good for you. What's not to love?!
Serves: 13 bites
Ingredients
1 cup roasted cashews
½ cup oats
5 dates, pitted
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp honey
¼ cup sprinkles
Instructions
Put the cashews in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until crumbly. This may take a minute or two.
Add the oats, dates, protein powder, and honey. Pulse a few time until everything is combined. Continue to process if you prefer a smoother texture. Feel free to add honey or a little bit of water if it seems to thick.
Add the sprinkles and pulse (or stir) until combined.
Roll into little balls and freeze or refrigerate until set. I keep mine in the freezer and pull them out as I need one. Just let it soften a little bit first!
